Exchange Policy

We strive to provide a seamless exchange process. 

• The product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached.

To avoid problems when we receive your exchange package, please include a receipt or a copy of the receipt with the parcel. If this is not possible, please include the order number and exchange number with the parcel. The following steps of your return are determined by your delivery address.

We accept size exchanges for the same product as well as exchanges for different products. 

• You cannot exchange for a lower-priced item, It should be higher or equal to the item you purchased. 
• If you decide to exchange for a more expensive piece than the one you originally purchased, you will be sent a link to transfer the difference plus the cost of additional shipping. 

Replacement items will be shipped within 10 business days if they are available. If your preferred replacement size/product is unavailable, you will be automatically refunded and notified via email.
